WEIGHT LOSS MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM - SEMAGLUTIDE
Semaglutide is a new weight loss drug that has come on the market recently. It can help people lose weight when other strategies haven’t worked. Some people are calling semaglutide a “game changer” when it comes to weight loss.
Semaglutide is a safe, doctor/provider prescribed GLP-1 that’s commonly known under the brand names of Wegovy, Ozempic and Rybelsus. The FDA has approved Semaglutide to be used as a weight loss medication. The evidence shows that semaglutide has proved to drive 14.5% of weight loss and the weight loss is sustained for two years.
Semaglutide is a peptide that mimics the hormone glucagon-like peptide (GLP-1) that the human body produces naturally in the small intestine. Evidence from trials suggests that semaglutide can help people to lose weight by suppressing appetite. That’s because this specific peptide targets areas of the brain that regulate food intake and appetite, it also helps improve the metabolism of sugar.
Membership will include: first initial consultation and in-office visit bloodwork (optional and additional cost), prescription of semaglutide, monthly visits, supplies, support, nutritional counseling, and medication ($299 per month).

WEIGHT LOSS MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM - TIRZEPATIDE
Tirzepatide is a GLP-1a and GIP that works by slowing the emptying of the stomach by binding to the receptors that are locted in the lining of the stomach. The slower emptying of the stomach sends a signal of fullness to the brain. This helps reduce your food intake and decreases your appetite, two things that are necessary for weight loss, because you feel full and are less likely to want to eat. Participants taking tirzepatide lost up to 22.4% of their body weight.
Membership will include: first initial consultation and in-office visit bloodwork (optional and additional cost), prescription of Tirzepatide ( 2.5 mg dosage and 5.0mg dosage $ 450 for 7.5 mg dosage $550 and 10 $650 mg dosage). Cost includes monthly visits, supplies, support, nutritional counseling, and medication.
LIP FLIP

A lip flip is a nonsurgical procedure that makes your lips appear fuller. Botulinum toxin will be injected into the corners of your mouth (oral commissures) and the edges of your lips (vermillion border). The botulinum toxin relaxes the muscles around your upper lip, which makes your lip “flip” upward a tiny bit (eversion) and appear larger than normal. This service begins at $125.

Lip filler are injections that add volume to your lips. Pricing begins at $355 for 1/2 of syringe and $575 for full syringe. The service includes numbing for the procedure and 2 week follow up visit.
MICRONEEDLING WITH AND WITHOUT PRP (PLATELET RICH PLASMA)
Microneedling is a safe, effective and minimally-invasive procedure that applies microneedles to the skin, creating a series of tiny punctures to stimulate collagen production. The MDPen results in glowing, smoother and younger-looking skin, but without the downtime or trauma associated with laser or chemical treatments. It can be applied to most areas of the face and body, including the hands, lips, neck, decolletage, and abdomen. It can be performed any time of the year and is perfect for all skin types.
Microneedling can be paired with PRP. The procedure involves drawing your blood, spinning it down in a centriguge and separating the components of the blood. We then reintroduce the PRP to the microchannels in the skin from the microneedling procedure. The PRP stimulates collagen and has been referred to as a mini non-surgical face lift.

The Zo Express Glow Treatment is PERFECT for a quick pick me up for your skin!
In this treatment you will get a deep cleanse for your skin, followed by a Dermaplane to remove all dead skin cells and excess hair on the skin. After your Dermaplane a Zo Skin Health Brightening Masque will be applied to the skin. While the masque is sitting Kristi will give you a relaxing hand massage for some extra TLC!
ZO 3-STEP PEEL $325
The ZO 3-Step Peel is the perfect treatment for skin aging, Melasma, fine lines, large pores, sun damage, uneven texture and dull skin.
The procedure starts off by applying the peel solution to the targeted area. The solution that is used contains five percent lactic acid, and ten percent TCA and seventeen percent salicylic acid to remove the outer layer of the skin. The second step is applying the Stimulating Retinol Crème to the skin. This enables a deeper penetration of retinol into your skin. The Post-Procedure skin relief is applied during the final step with the Calming Crème. This will restore the moisture balance in the skin and relieve any irritation you might experience.
Post treatment your skin will feel slightly dry for a day or two. The dead skin will peel off by the third to fourth day after the procedure.
